This User Agreement (the "Agreement") explains the terms that apply when you download, install, access, or use Paper VPN. By using the App, you agree to this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Paper VPN.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use Paper VPN. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the App only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Paper VPN for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes.
All rights, title, and interest in Paper VPN, including its software, interface, design, text, images, icons, trademarks, and other content, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the App unless expressly permitted by applicable law or by us in writing.
Paper VPN provides VPN connection creation, Free and Quality Server selection, connection status and reports, free and VIP access, App bypass, language settings, feedback, subscription management, and related service features.
The App requires Android VPN permission to create a VPN tunnel and route network traffic according to the selected configuration. A VPN connection starts only after you review Android's VPN disclosure and grant the required system permission.
Free users may access Free Servers subject to daily or per-connection time limits, advertising, capacity, and other service conditions. Active VIP users may access Quality Servers, unlimited connection time, and an ad-free experience. Server availability, speed, latency, locations, connection quality, and service limits may change without notice.
App bypass lets you select installed applications whose traffic should use a direct connection instead of the VPN tunnel. Your selections apply when a VPN configuration is created and do not guarantee that every app or network service will behave as expected.
You are responsible for your use of Paper VPN and for complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You agree not to:
Some features require an active VIP subscription. Weekly and Monthly plans may be offered, and available plans, prices, billing periods, renewal terms, currencies, and payment methods may vary by region.
When you continue with a purchase, Paper VPN opens a hosted checkout page operated with third-party payment providers. The final purchase terms are displayed before you confirm payment. Paper VPN does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
VIP access depends on successful payment and entitlement verification. A completed payment may take a short time to appear in the App. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and protecting access to your device and subscription identifiers.
If a plan renews automatically, you authorize recurring charges according to the terms shown at checkout until renewal is canceled. Where available, you can cancel automatic renewal from Settings > Subscription Refund. Uninstalling Paper VPN does not cancel a subscription.
Canceling renewal stops future recurring charges but does not automatically refund the current subscription period. Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy, are reviewed individually, and may be submitted through Settings > Subscription Refund. A refund, reversal, or chargeback may end the related VIP entitlement immediately.
You may submit feedback, problem descriptions, a contact email, and selected images through Paper VPN. You represent that you have the right to provide the submitted material and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and incorporate that feedback to operate, support, analyze, and improve Paper VPN and related services, without an obligation to compensate you.
Your use of Paper VPN is governed by our Privacy Policy. A VPN does not prevent all tracking, monitoring, attacks, or identification by websites, network operators, service providers, or other third parties.
Paper VPN may interact with VPN infrastructure, Google Play, hosted checkout pages, payment providers, Firebase, Yandex, advertising services, public-IP or network-information services, browsers, email applications, and other external services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Paper VPN or its services at any time. Changes may include bug fixes, security improvements, server configuration changes, compatibility updates, new features, pricing changes, or service restrictions.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last Revised date above. Your continued use after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Agreement.
Paper VPN and its services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App or service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, fast, or compatible with every device, network, region, website, application, or service.
VPN connections may fail or be interrupted because of device settings, Android restrictions, rooted or modified device environments, network conditions, server availability, maintenance, regional restrictions, carrier policies, or other factors outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee any particular speed, location, anonymity, security outcome, or access to a specific website or service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, reliability, and uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, privacy, business, or service availability, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use Paper VPN.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Paper VPN or this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you paid nothing, our liability is limited to the maximum amount permitted by applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, service providers, licensors, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of Paper VPN, your violation of this Agreement or applicable law, or your violation of a third party's rights.
You may stop using Paper VPN at any time by disconnecting and uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated this Agreement, used the service unlawfully, abused the service, created a risk for users or infrastructure, failed to complete a required payment, or if suspension is required by law.
Upon termination, the license granted by this Agreement ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including ownership, payments, feedback, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will continue to apply.
This Agreement will be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a competent court or forum as required by applicable law.
